Mark McKeown, Project Manager & Estimator

Mark McKeown’s interest in welding eventually led him to the plumbing and mechanical industry. After working in production welding, studying welding tech and then earning a position as a maintenance welder for a major foundry, Mark completed the five-year apprenticeship to become a journeyman steamfitter. While he also holds his plumbing license, Mark’s passion is for pipefitting, an interest that often lands him on power and industrial projects. Sims Power Plant, BC Cobb Power Plant, JH Campbell Plant, Zeeland Generating Plant, Packaging Corporation of America, Ice Mountain, BASF and the Sappi Paper Mill are just some of the sites he’s worked on. Mark joined Pressures & Pipes in 2004 as a foreman for Oceana County Medical Care Facility; today he works as Project Manager and Estimator. A lifelong resident of Hesperia, Mark and his wife Amy enjoy boating and fishing, as well as time with their adult children and rescue dogs.
